Managing multiple clients can be extremely difficult.

Many freelancers (myself included) didn’t fully realize the amount of hats that they’d have to wear in order to build their freelance business.

The “manager hat” is one that can catch many freelancers off guard when they begin to have multiple projects and clients.

Having a unorganized business can quickly cause you to lose money. It’s important that for every single project you work on, you clearly iron out the details.

“Be clear on the project details you have for each client. Make sure you understand what the client’s expectations are, what your responsibilities are and how long the project is going to take and what the deadline is. This should all be in writing and included in the contract between yourself and the client.”
