When you initially speak with a new client, is that the first time they’ve heard of you?

I sure hope not.

In order to land clients, you need to have a pre-established sense of trust. When people reach out to you, they need to feel comfortable and relaxed.

If you can build a positive experience for your clients before you even speak, then that sense of trust will allow your clients to be more open about putting their project in your hands.

Project Pulse has written a fantastic article that will help you give your clients a positive experience long before you actually meet them.

In the piece, they explain that there are 4 important parts of building a positive experience for your clients.

  1. Presence
  2. Reputation
  3. Focus & Expertise
  4. Branding
